 Handle customer queries through calls/emails
 Respond to customer queries based on their priority and urgency levels daily by
 identifying their cause and providing an appropriate solution
 Work with internal departments when issues are identified and follow up to ensure quick resolution
 Should coordinate with End customer and technical team
 Maintaining customer data, preparing reports follow-ups etc.
 Explain the products and services to potential customers
 Provide pricing details Handle customer questions
 Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered
 Record customer details and details of transaction
 Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives
 Obtain contact details of potential customers from sources including telephone directories and purchased lists
 Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
 Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
 Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
